Impressions from the "Europa-Projektwoche" in Karolina-Burger-School in Mundenheim
5th May - 8th of May 1999

To create an animation about Europe with PowerPoint was the goal in this group of pupils.
In our Euro-Shop have we sold mugs, pencils, pens and rubbers with the European stars and the school logo.
The parents gave us more than 80 different cakes as present. We sold them in our Karolina-Burger-Café to the visitors on Saturday.
Mrs Pickford and Mrs Rathgeber, volenteers from the "Freundeskreis der Realschule", behind the table with cakes from many European countries.
Travelagency class 5a -

a classroom was made to a travelagency. They could give good informations where to travel.

Miss Saltzer-Fuchs and her class in front of the results of the class.
Pupils from 8 different European nations are in class 5b. They have built this European map with the attractions of the capitals.
NO SMOKE! To inform about this worldwide problem was the goal of this group of pupils.
So many countries in Europe! The class 5d gave good information about food in different European countries. The visitors could also test different meals made by parents.

European sport activities were shown in the gym.

To learn about the square dance was the goal in class 6a.

Miss Vetter and her group have created puzzles.

European music was the theme in Mr Doll's project.

We have published a collection of pictures from our project-week. This wonderful event in the school was only short mentioned in the local newspaper. But nevertheless, it was a great success for the school community - and for Europe!
